Terms and Conditions

The duration of the giveaway runs until July 20, 2025. During this period, users will have the opportunity to participate online.

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete and submit the provided entry form. Participation is only possible within the entry period. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered in the prize draw.

Each participant may only submit one entry. Using multiple email addresses to increase the chances of winning is strictly prohibited.

Participation in the giveaway is free of charge.

Eligible to participate are natural persons who reside in Germany and are at least 18 years old. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.

All individuals involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway, as well as employees of the organizer and their family members, are excluded from participation. The organizer also reserves the right to exclude participants at its sole discretion if there are valid reasons, such as:

(a) manipulation related to access to or execution of the giveaway,

(b) violations of these terms and conditions,

(c) unfair conduct, or

(d) false or misleading information in connection with participation in the giveaway.

The winners will be selected after the closing date through a random draw among all participants. If the giveaway includes a task, only those participants who have correctly completed the task will be entered into the draw.

Winners will be notified promptly via a separate email.

Prizes will only be awarded to the winners or their legal representatives. Exchange, self-collection, or cash payout of the prize is not possible.

Any costs incurred for shipping the prizes will be covered by the organizer. Additional costs related to the use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxation of the prize.

If a winner does not respond within two weeks after being contacted twice, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

The organizer expressly reserves the right to cancel the giveaway without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any circumstances that would disrupt or prevent the proper conduct of the giveaway.

By participating in the giveaway, you agree that your personal data (name, email address, and, if applicable, phone number) may be shared with our partners Travelcoup AG (https://www.travelcoup.com/), teamplate GmbH (https://www.teamplate.io/), Atlan & Artisan (https://www.atlanandartisan.com/), and Edition-Sportiva GmbH (https://edition-sportiva.de/) for the following purposes:

• Contact in the event of a win

• Email marketing by the sponsors (e.g. travel offers, product news)
